Place the Blood Pressure Cuff Sensor on the inside of your left wrist. hold it heart level and sit straight with your feet uncrossed. Breathe fully and slowly and push the button. If you move or wiggle your fingers it might register Error or not register correctly. Try not to yawn or fuss around. You'll get a much quicker accurate reading.
The Blood Pressure cuff gives you a heart rate number also which allows you to verify the Oximeter's heart rate number. Lack of Oxygen is the first reason the blood pressure will rise, on purpose, trying to get more oxygen to the brain (see Oximeter paper). Lack of Hydration is the second reason the blood pressure will rise, read about that in cell salts (see Hydration paper).
Lack of Minerals ie: Magnesium (see Magnesium paper). It takes magnesium to relax the heart muscle so the heart can gulp a full heart's worth of blood, then push it with calcium which is found in everything. We get too much calcium and not enough magnesium in our diet. If the heart can't get a big enough gulp of blood, it will start pumping harder and faster to supply the brain for as long as it can.
Oils ie: ESSENTIAL Fatty Acids (see Oils paper). It takes oil to make a pump work properly. Valves need oils.
The top # systolic is the push of the heart and the bottom # diastolic is the resting #. Approximately 120 push and approximately 80 rest is normal for most. Some people run low, some higher. Its a matter of getting to know where you are and keeping an eye on it to see if it rises and doesn't come back down.
The next important # is the spread. It's supposed to be approximately 40 points. 120/80 (40 point spread. A healthy heart is looking for all three good numbers. The heart is supposed to go rest, push, rest, push, rest, push, etc. (60-80 times per minute. If it gets off you can imagine how hard it's working.
