Do you know how to check your Oxygen levels?

Updated: Sep 12, 2023

Oxygenation

The Oximeter tests your oxygen. Squeeze one end of the Oximeter and the opposite end opens. Put your index finger in the open end, let go of the pinched then press the small button. Press again for directional viewing.

Most people run at around 98%, wouldn't it be nice to be at 100%? Testing while you're having the problem will show if it's oxygen deficiency causing the problem. You might see that you're at 94% and when you do deep breathing exercises your oxygen comes up and your problem goes away. Also watch for 60-80 beats per minute depending on what you're doing. The line that goes up and down shows your actual heartbeat. It should fall all the way to the bottom and rise all the way to the top, nice steady approximate 70 beats per minute.

Deep breathing exercises first thing in the morning while giving thanks for the breath gets your automatic breathing system going! Take a deep breath, and a little more, in through your nose.

Exhale as deep as you can through your mouth, and a little more. Get to know your diaphragm. It's a very important muscle!
